CHIS will celebrate the Christmas season by wearing all of our crazy Christmas gear on Fridays! Crazy Christmas hats, sweaters, socks... bring on the cheer the next 2 Fridays in December!
It's time to show off all we've learned this semester! Students will be taking theor Aimsweb and Case assessments the next 2 weeks. Please encourage them to do their best and make sure they are rested and get a positive start each day! We will celebrate during Friday morning pep rallies! Go Panthers!
Due to continued forecast of rain, we have CANCELLED the CHIS participation in the Church Hill parade on December 2. Thanks to all who volunteered.
Bus #35 will not run the PM route Tuesday November 28th. All students must be car riders home.

Blackout Day is tomorrow, 11/27/23, in Honor of the house of Altruismo! Students are encouraged to wear black in honor of Altruismo!
Homerooms will compete Nov. 28 - Dec. 12 to see who can bring in the most funds for the Hawkins County Humane Society. All donations will help with food, supplies, adoption fees and medical needs for the pets. The homeroom that collects the most money will win a Doughnut Party!
Picture Retake Day is December 12 starting at 8am. Class Pictures can also be ordered, and are taken that day. Order forms have been sent home with students.

Thursday, November 9, CHIS girls interested in playing CHMS Panther's Softball will meet in the CHMS gym at 10:00 am.
Halloween Dance, Friday, October 27, 2023 from 6pm - 8pm
$5 Admission and Concessions will be sold! CHIS students only. Parents should bring pickup cards and come inside the building after the dance to pick up students.
